What are Lupins
Lupins are legumes, similar to beans and lentils. They're known for their excellent heat retention, making them perfect for filling heat packs. Unlike traditional fillings like wheat or rice, lupins don't have a strong odour when heated and they stay dry, which means they won’t sweat or get damp over time. Plus, lupins are hypoallergenic and environmentally friendly, adding to the benefits of using them in our heat packs. 🌸
How Do I Use My Heat Pack?
For Heat:
- Microwave Instructions: Adjust the following guidelines based on your microwave's wattage:
- Microwave in 30-second increments until your desired temperature is achieved (approx. 60-90 seconds for Original, and 90-120 seconds for Neck).
- Shake the pack to evenly disperse the heat.
- No need to add a glass of water to the microwave.
- Always use with the cover on.
Safety Tips:
- Do Not Overheat: This may cause burns or damage your heat pack.
- Do Not Leave Unattended: Always stay near the microwave when heating.
For Cool:
- Freezer Instructions:
Wrap your pack in a freezer bag or plastic bag. - Place it in the freezer for around one hour to use as a cold pack.
- It can be stored in the freezer for frequent use.
Are your heat packs washable?
Absolutely! Our heat packs come with removable covers that you can toss in the washing machine. Just remember to wash on cold and line dry in the sun. The Earth’s natural stain remover and deodorizer!
Can I use your heat packs for any type of pain?
Our heat packs are perfect for relieving cramps, aches, and general soreness. They’re also great for just snuggling up on a cold day!
How long do they stay warm/cold?
Our lupin-filled heat packs stay warm for about 45 minutes to an hour and cold for a couple of hours. Just enough time for a good Netflix binge or a nap!
Do you have any tips for first-time users?
Start slow! Try heating for shorter intervals and adjust as needed. Always check the temperature before applying to your skin. Safety first!
How do I take care of my heat pack?
Keep your heat pack fresh by washing the cover regularly. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Treat it with love, and it will love you back!
Can I customize my heat pack?
Yes! We offer custom orders. Slide into our DMs or send us an email, and we’ll make your heat pack dreams come true.
What if I have allergies?
Our heat packs are hypoallergenic and free from any nasty chemicals. If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out to us.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we’re only shipping within Australia. But who knows what the future holds? 🌸
How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days. If you’re in a hurry, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to speed things up.
We then ship with Australia Post whose timeframes are below:
- Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the Australia Post website to see the current status of your package. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact us!
Can I add More Items to My Existing Order
No worries! 🌸 Just reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number and the additional items you'd like to add. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll happily combine them to save you on shipping.
Important Note: All sale items are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Just contact us within 14 days of your order arrival with your reason for return or exchange, and we’ll do our best to assist.
How do I return an item?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@lovebreeau.com with a photo of the damaged item(s). For returns or exchanges due to damage or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of shipping. For change of mind returns and exchanges, the cost of shipping will not be covered by Love, Bree.
How long does it take to process my return?
Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment upon the return of the item. Exchanges will be granted upon the return of the original item.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Yes, you can exchange for a different item upon the return of the original item. For change of mind returns and exchanges, the cost of shipping will not be covered by Love, Bree.
