Product Details:

• Size: Our original size Hot and Cold Pack measures 13.5 x 28.5 cm.
• Cover Care: Our covers are MACHINE WASHABLE! We crafted these with you in mind, so you don't need to buy a new pack every time yours gets dirty. Skip the spot cleaning hassle—simply remove the cover and toss it in the wash on a gentle cycle (cold wash preferred). Line dry for best results, and give it a quick iron if desired. 

Please note that all our packs are handmade, so pattern placement may vary, making each one unique.

Usage Instructions:

To Heat:

• Adjust the following guidelines to suit your microwave wattage. Microwave in 30-second increments until your desired temperature is reached (approximately 60-90 seconds total). Shake to evenly disperse heat.
• Important: Do not use without the cover.

To Cool:

• Wrap your pack in a zip lock or plastic bag and place it in the freezer. It can be stored there for frequent use or chilled for about one hour to use as a cool pack.

WARNING:

• DO NOT OVERHEAT, as this can cause burns if placed on the skin or damage the pack.

Our Mini HAC packs, measuring 8.5cm x 8.5cm, are your perfect companions for those chilly mornings, outdoor adventures, yard duty, school drop-offs, or any time you need to keep the cold at bay. Simply heat them in the microwave before you head out and enjoy cozy warmth wherever you go.

These versatile packs are perfect for use as soothing cold packs, offering gentle relief for your kiddos' scrapes and bruises. The lupin filling cools effectively and provides a comforting touch, making them an ideal choice for natural, soothing cold therapy.

Each pack is unique, with pattern placement varying. 

Usage Instructions:

HEAT: For safe heating, adjust the following guidelines to suit your microwave wattage. Heat the packs side by side in 10-second increments until your desired warmth is achieved (approximately 30 seconds total). Shake to evenly distribute the heat. Always handle with care.

COOL: To use as a cold pack, place your Mini HAC packs in a zip lock, freezer bag or plastic bag and store them in the freezer. They're ready to use after about half an hour or can be kept in the freezer for regular use.

WARNING: DO NOT OVERHEAT, as this can cause burns or damage to your packs. Always follow heating instructions carefully.
