Care Instructions:

Washing: Pop them in a mesh laundry bag and wash with your towels.

Experience the soothing comfort of our Hot and Cold Packs, proudly filled with Australian-grown lupins! These packs are designed to retain heat longer and have little to no odour, making them a perfect choice for natural warmth and relief.

Product Details:

• Size: Our original size Hot and Cold Pack measures 13.5 x 28.5 cm.
• Cover Care: Our covers are MACHINE WASHABLE! We crafted these with you in mind, so you don't need to buy a new pack every time yours gets dirty. Skip the spot cleaning hassle—simply remove the cover and toss it in the wash on a gentle cycle (cold wash preferred). Line dry for best results, and give it a quick iron if desired. 

Please note that all our packs are handmade, so pattern placement may vary, making each one unique.

Usage Instructions:

To Heat:

• Adjust the following guidelines to suit your microwave wattage. Microwave in 30-second increments until your desired temperature is reached (approximately 60-90 seconds total). Shake to evenly disperse heat.
• Important: Do not use without the cover.

To Cool:

• Wrap your pack in a zip lock or plastic bag and place it in the freezer. It can be stored there for frequent use or chilled for about one hour to use as a cool pack.
  

WARNING:

• DO NOT OVERHEAT, as this can cause burns if placed on the skin or damage the pack.
